Microwave Scrambled Eggs – Bruschetta Topping

Scrambled eggs added protein and texture to our autumn bruschetta, but are equally good for lunch or breakfast. Remember, all microwaves are different.

  • 3 Eggs
  • A splash of whole milk
  • Black pepper to taste


  1. Beat the eggs and mix with the milk and pepper.
  2. Microwave on full power for 1  1/2 minutes.
  3. Stir, and microwave for another 1  1/2 minutes.  Mash well and serve.
