Microwave Scrambled Eggs – Bruschetta Topping
Scrambled eggs added protein and texture to our autumn bruschetta, but are equally good for lunch or breakfast. Remember, all microwaves are different.
- 3 Eggs
- A splash of whole milk
- Black pepper to taste
- Beat the eggs and mix with the milk and pepper.
- Microwave on full power for 1 1/2 minutes.
- Stir, and microwave for another 1 1/2 minutes. Mash well and serve.
