The spiced yogurt marinade keeps the salmon moist in the oven and gives a lovely flavour- without much work.

  • 1/2 cup natural yogurt approx 8 tbsp
  • 2 tsp mild curry powder use your favourite
  • 2 salmon fillets
  1. Mix the yogurt and spices together. 

  2. Place the fish in an oven proof dish, and cover in the spiced yogurt. 

  3. Unless you're cooking immediately, leave in the fridge to marinade

  4. Cook on gas mark 6 until the salmon is done. This took us around 25-30 minutes, but all salmon is different.
